Appointments

The easiest way for you to see your doctor is to make an appointment.

Doctors make every effort to see appointments as close to time as possible, unavoidable delays can occur when our doctors must attend to a patient with complex or serious medical conditions.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please notify our reception staff at least 2 hours before your appointment time.

Some consultations may require a longer appointment for services such as insurance/pre-employment medicals or you may have problems that need more time to discuss. Please inform the receptionist when booking if you require an extended appointment.

We encourage you to see the doctor of your choice to ensure continuity of care and the establishment of a professional relationship.

If you are visiting the practice for the first time we will require you will be required to fill in an information sheet prior to your appointment.

After Hours Arrangements

The practice provides 24 hrs patient care from our doctors and our Locum service. Please ring 9429 5677, if you need to contact a doctor after hours. Home visits if medically needed are available by prior arrangement with your doctor.

Reminder System

Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to participate in reminder system please advise your doctor or reception team member
