Carrie is clinical psychologist with more than 18 years of clinical experience in Hong Kong and in Australia. She has a wealth of experience in both community and
private settings.

Carrie takes an empathetic and non-judgmental approach in supporting her clients through their difficulties, identifying their strengths and taking practical steps towards their goals. The treatment modalities she uses include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, parenting and relationship counselling. She works with children (age 6+), adolescents and adults.

- Registered Clinical Psychologist with New Zealand Psychologists Board
- Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the United Kingdom
